Upon checking in, we asked for adjoining rooms and the clerk helping us was very responsive and helpful and was able to procure that for us without any issues. "Everything about this hotel is unique. It has a friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere. I love how there are multiple seating areas with many book options to relax look around or just sit and have a drink at the bar or on the rooftop. The upscale and classy elevators, hallways and rooms are also welcoming and colorful. This hotel is my #1 go to when I am in Boston. However, I need to sign up for reward points tho.
