"Great concept, horrible execution! Room smelled of smoke, had to purchase air fresheners to try to cover it up. Overall humidity in the room was extreme, towels felt damp even upon arrival. Air flow in sleeping area was a ceiling fan and a floor fan trying to pull cool air from bathroom area. A/C condensation dripped from ceiling onto floor by sink and on your head if you stood by sink for more than a couple of seconds. A speakeasy was advertised in the room, it was still under construction....

"Didn't like that the steak House 32 was closed on Sunday and Monday. Room was nice but temperature was 72 degrees the entire stay. Food is really good at the Bayveiw cafe and bar. we had very good bar tender."

"Stayed for a dance competition, quiet. Very clean. Convienent location to tourist attractions. Easy parking. Is not beachfront. That is harbor side and traffic makes it difficult to get to. About a 5 minute drive from total beach , and the beaches there are public and fairly easy to get to. There was a nice view, however there are lots of homeless people in this area apparently, my kids were very intrigued about the man sleeping in the yard by the waffle house. "The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked like a dream--which is very important in south Mississippi! I especially like that the room had a coffee pot and coffee! The only thing I would mention that needs serious improvement is the luggage cart. It was definitely better than nothing, but it is quite rickety. Everything else was wonderful! The ladies at the front desk during check-in and check-out were very friendly and hospitable."

"The property is beautiful but not well maintained. My room was not cleaned during my entire trip. I requested toilet paper and never received any. It took 12 hours to receive more towels. The water was not warm. The restaurant choices were great and all the food was delicious."
