"The bed linens are old, threadbare and snagged. The bathroom was so small you had to squish against the wall and toilet to close the door. The elevators were very slow, it seemed only one worked at a time. The breakfast gal in Hue needs a job that is not customer-service focused. It is clear she hates her job."

"Location was really convenient, the room wasnt all that. Through expedia you get a voucher of $45 for free food delivered to your room and we werent told about it until we checked out and tried to charge us $70 even though we didnt even use the service. And even if we did it doesn't make sense to get a voucher and still have to pay a 70$ fee. It was confusing and I still dont get it.

"The only luxury feature of this hotel was location. I booked the room for 4 occupants, but the setting was standard - 2 ppl, room had 2 gowns, towels and so on set up for 2 people. Room didn’t have slippers, show horse… etc… upon checking out I asked the guy at the reception- he’s response was
“You should have called” … really?!?"

"Came here for Halloween and went to Salem Massachusetts. Location was perfect !!! Walking distance to everything and took the subway. What a great experience and so easy to ride. Room was clean and they were very accommodating. Hotel threw a great Halloween party and definitely recommend!!!"
