"My only gripe here is that you had to go outside to the other side of the building to get to the food options…and it was snowing when we visited! Maybe there was a way from inside the casino but we had 2 kids with us so couldn’t go through the casino. The room was amazing and the kids enjoyed the pool"

"Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location."
