"The staff were very helpful and accommodating."

"We were so pleased and overwhelmed with the way this hotel trip went. It is located within a mountain village and the pleasant chime of church bells between 7am to 12pm add an atmosphere of serenity. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and answered all my questions, knew the local places to visit, assisted in any problems and knew the history of the place. Passt alles "

"Wow, beautiful room and view. The hists were amazing. Thank you. "

"When I arrived, it was after front desk hours. My room key was attached to a name tag located on a shelf in front of the office check-in window. Unique, but it worked. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was served buffet style. A "lake" across the street was almost not visible from the hotel. Parking in front of the building was adequate. Hotel is ok for a one-night stay. I felt it is a bit overpriced. The lovely town of Baden-Baden is nearby (driving distance)."

"Great and friendly staff "
