"The staff were all great. The room was very clean and spacious. the breakfast was very good. The parking was very good. I enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the Clinic. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would like to stay here again on my next visit to the clinic"

"The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The property overall is not well maintained. The pool is out of service and ice machines and vending machines are missing or inoperable. The landscaping is full of weeds. I don’t know what the breakfast substance was but it was not eggs."

"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The property looks really nice from the outside and our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there was some mold in the top of the shower. The reception area smells very very moldy/musty. The day that we arrived, there was a nasty rotten trash, smell closer to the elevators, which didn’t exist when we departed. Shame on me I forgot my pillow in the room and realized within two hours after our departure I called them. They were very helpful on the phone and said they would return my call. I haven’t received a call back yet. It is 4:30 PM. I called them at five after 1 PM. My friend stopped up there to try to pick the pillow up and they could not locate it which was really strange that a pillow can go missing within two hours of departure when the only person that I’ve been in the room was the cleaner I would say. Bummer because it was a hotel Lux down feather pillow with an allergen cover on it and another really good pillowcase over that. I’m not sure how something could just go missing within two hours. I just tried calling back right at 4:30 PM before writing this review and no one would answer the phone and the line cut me off."

"Room was clean. Nothing special but it was a good price. Pool is more of a wading pool than anything. Parking is a joke. Not enough spots for everyone to park and people park in non-parking areas and block entrances but nothing is done. Street parking is available but it is not a safe area. I didn’t like leaving my car on the road. Lots of cops and drugs in the area. Breakfast is good, if you get there early enough that there is still food left."

"Desk clerk did not greet us and was indifferent with our disappointment that the room we reserved months in advance was occupied. No information was given about breakfast, hot tub being out of order or location of the elevators. Just a shrug and " down that way". Toilet was installed on an angle from the wall, paper holder was installed crooked , mold on floor tiles and safety grip was installed on the wrong side of the shower that would only help you step out of the shower and onto the toilet. This was a return trip but will NOT be returning."
