"Clean room and friendly staff."

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "We had 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. The hotel price was excellent value for money and which included breakfast and parking. The breakfast offered cooked options which were freshly prepared by order. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean with modern decor and bathrooms and with quality beds and bed linens. There was ample parking. The hotel was set in pleasant grounds and conveniently close to the motorway and a great stopping off point for local attractions, villages and country...
