"Beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice and the area very quiet. The dinner was good and the breakfast buffet exceptional. We were taking a Douro River cruise and the location was very close to the port. Taxis are readily available outside"

The room service guy we called didn't tell us about the tray charge and charged us directly when serving food. He also delivered to the wrong room and we ended up waiting 1 hour for a french fries!
