"Phenomenal! Nice, clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Afternoon reception was basically a full dinner, very nice surprise."

"Nice place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with 2 queen beds was very large and spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby area was a great treat. Did not have a chance to go to the breakfast but I heard from others that it was great. We also utilized the washer and dryer on the first floor which came in handy. Detergent was given to us for free by staff. Would definitely recommend this place and revisit when we get a chance."

"The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues."

"Room was clean and smelled fresh. Carpet was very old and stained in many places. Staff did mention that they were getting carpet replaced. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast would have been better if gravy and bacon had been served with the biscuits."

"Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross"

"It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area"

"Mobility accessible room is fine, but the bathroom door is a “barn door” type- it was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay"

"Hotel is located next to a highway ramp and the noise is unbearable so if you’re a lite sleeper be warned."

"The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...

"This is an older property in need of renovation. It is pretty beat up, but you can tell that the staff works hard to keep the property clean. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast area is nice, but the selection is just okay. Also, they have Fox news blaring in the breakfast area. I don't think anyone needs TV on while they eat breakfast considering most of us have mobile phones."

"If you like clean floors, clean light switches, clean rooms and a nice smell, then this is not the place for you. Hallways and rooms do not match pictures. Walked in and walked out amd stayed next door. Terribly disappointed."

"I didn’t like the motel at all. The people Out side of the motel is terrible and the outside atmosphere is very bad. I just skipped to stay in this motel despite I hv a reservation. "
