"Upon arrival, our first thought was that the room was way too small!! However, we couldn't get over how clean the room looked and how fresh it smelled. We arrived after office hours and was a little lost at first, but the very very friendly guests that were visited from New York, helped us out a ton. "The AC unit was very loud - too loud. The pool was nice - we enjoyed that. The entire property & rooms are extremely dated & need attention. If I could have cancelled I would have gone elsewhere but was informed I could not. 2 night stay for $640 was outrageous for the condition of room. Bathroom needs renovated. TV was small. "

"The hotel was very nice and the staff were very polite and accommodating. We ate at the bar and the food was great. It was nice to have free parking just below our room. The grounds were well maintained. The beach was across the street from the hotel and was not owned by the hotel. We did not have time there due to our other activities. The shuttle bus to downtown Key west was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
