"Poor service from the people at front counter. After finding out I had no reservation even though I had proof of a confirmation they still said I had no reservation. I was stuck there with no room and no rooms anywhere in Key West.
I spent 1,200 to sleep on boat ! For one night. When I came back the next day to check in at 8am I asked for the first room they had available to check in before 4pm.
They notified me at 2:30pm my room was ready !! Don’t took 61/2 hours to get a clean room. Hard to...
