"Very quiet and clean rooms. Sink placement in the room was a bit odd but it’s a historic building. Appreciated the free breakfast each morning which included bagels, salmon, croissants etc."

"Room was beautiful, huge luxurious bathroom and exposed stone wall. Bed was comfy. Ethan at the front desk helped carry up our luggage (note - no elevators). Included breakfast was above average. "

"Petit chambre avec tapis, très propre. Malheureusement le lavabo était en dehors de la salle de bain (directement dans la chambre). La télévision et le téléphone ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons aussi eu une alarme à 6h du matin, ce que nous n'avions pas demandé..."

"We regularly stay at this location when we travel to the old city. We love the appartement and the location. You have a public parking close by and do need to use a car during our stay. Bring good shoes to get the best out of your stay. You have great restaurant, great Historical sites and all the exploration you want near by. Plus its a pretty quiet street, so good sleep."

"Hotel was in an amazing location, staff was extremely nice. Our room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 teens but that might have been my fault in picking the room, it looked bigger in the picture. Breakfast was good but not worth the price so we only ate once. The hotel has a main entrance which we were not aware of or told. it would’ve been nice to know since we almost fell in the snow. Trying to bring suitcases upstairs. Over a great hotel, would we stay again maybe not since there are not...

"Located close to old city, restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking available across street at reasonable rate. "

"Very clean, no oven mitts, laundry and dryers are good but loud. One of the rooms for some reason just has a curtain instead of a door which is really weird."

"I had 2 complaints but as we were leaving, management approached us to ask about our stay and if we thought of anything that needed improvement. She addressed both of my concerns. One she had noticed herself, the other she promised to fix. Neither was a reason for us not to stay here again, so I won’t mention them in my review. But her approaching us definitely left a positive impression."
