Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding."

"It was a great location. An easy walk to downtown and right on the river. The room was Very clean but the door didn't close very tightly and I could see a Lot of daylight around the door in the morning and a lot of cold air was coming in around the door. They need to add some weather stripping. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful."

"Don’t stay here! Especially if you have kids! I am already used to and desensitized by ridiculous resort fees, sure we paying for hotel but need to pay extra to use amenities??! This time they tried to charge $26.99 or so plus tax (don’t wanna forget that) for early check-in, since we dared to come in an hour early(around 3pm). They just started this policy a few weeks earlier, before you could check-in at 2pm with no extra fees. I guess they figured a new way to take peoples hard earned money,...

"There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all"

"Should have let the guest know about renovations that is not acceptable in anyway waking up too demolishing of a whole floor at 8am for a late check out "

"I was so disappointed. I will NOT be staying again. The property gives off a work and tired feeling. This feeling is confirmed by the dated furniture and scratch marks throughout the hotel room. The nice thing about the room is the bathroom. The bathroom is pretty nice. And the price is just a few dollars less expensive than The Monarch down the street. And The Monarch is such a nicer property. "

It was a safe place to spend the night. I’ve definitely stayed in worse and in better. Wouldn’t plan a long stay or plan to stay in the room more than just for basic sleeping and showering. "
