Front desk was helpful especially Tyler. Very good location, room was large with great view plus large bathroom. Would stay again!

Fairmont Olympic Hotel
I love the Fairmont but tried to cancel my reservation 5 days in advance and was told NO. I cancelled because the friend I planned to visit was admitted to the hospital. I believe this was not a Fairmont issue but was a Hotels.com issue.
