"The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation.
