Excellent location! You are really in the center of it all with restaurants and shops right outside your door.
The housekeeping was subpar at best which was rather unfortunate as it rained while we were there and so we spent quite a bit of time in the room.
Restaurant on site was handy, good breakfast.

The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and the old areas of Lisbon not far away. This may be a 4 star hotel, but I would give it 5 stars. We had a great stay there.

Very nice hotel with a unique set up in two buildings facing each other across a non-driving street. Hotel rooms were very elegant and nicely designed. We had breakfast with the room and loved the selection of hot and cold menu items. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were very happy with live entertainment, food, and sangria. The service was also excellent. Employees were very personable, nice and interested in making sure that we have good time.
