"Overall, very nice. The valet parking at $30/day (+ tips) was too much on top of the room price. Also, there were no drawers for your clothes. Instead of a desk in the bedroom, add a dresser. "This property is just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel offers free shuttle service which we used. It was quick and convenient and dropped us off in the River Arts District. The rooftop bar was nice and had live music while we were there. We only ate at the property once and the food was fine. All the staff were nice and very attentive. You can definitely tell the flood impacted tourism and everyone we met in Asheville was warm and welcoming."
