"What a splendid hotel!!! Gorgeous historic property with all the latest amenities. Every room is beautifully decorated, as is the lobby. Our room had a lovely private area on the patio. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Location is terrific - within walking distance to a variety of dining experiences. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Highly recommended!!!!!!!"

"The breakfast was very nice, the staff was excellent. We stayed four days. My husband and I have stayed many times before. However this visit the elevator was out the entire time. My husband and I both have physical disabilities, so getting to the third floor for breakfast was a real problem. I wish I would have checked or have been notified before our stay that the elevator was not working. In addition the ice machine was also out of order.☹️"

"The woman who checked us in was very nice. It’s went quite smoothly/efficiently. Parking was plentiful. The pool was not so clean — rather unappealing. My room was very clean, recently remodeled. It’s a simple, basic room for a great price. I would recommend. Two minor inconveniences … There is no electric plug near the sink to use with my hair dryer & curling iron. Also, there is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put shampoo, razor."

"This Motel really exceeded our expectations. It is a super cute property and the room was adorably decorated. I loved hanging out in the hammock first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, and by the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures dropped as well. The pool area was amazing - no shortage of very comfortable seating with access to the bar and restaurant - so nice that it is restricted to 21 and older! "One thing to know is that there isn't a small market or convenience store on-site where you can grab snacks or basic groceries for your room. If you're traveling with kids, I'd definitely recommend stopping at a grocery store beforehand to stock up. We ended up ordering basics like milk from the bar, which was expensive. They also provide Path water bottles in the room. We assumed they were complimentary since they're refillable, but we later found out they were $10 per bottle. As for...

"This was our first time staying at Hampton Inn, and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations.
