"This a lovely hotel. I stayed for two nights with my husband and two other couples before we collected a yacht to sail around the islands. Checkin was great and room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I would have is when we checked out at 11am some of us stayed with the bags in the lobby whilst I went to get some provisions. One staff member insisted"

"The room was very basic but it met my needs. Bed was comfy, linens very nice. But best it is located within feet of many shops, restaurants and the Central Market. It really served my purpose for a short stay. And the breakfast was delicious!"

"Enjoyed our stay. We needed something last minute and were able to come across this hotel. The area it’s in had a few little mom and pop shops, however if you walk maybe 5-6min you will run into all the major stores no need for uber or taxi. Security as far as getting in and out the building was nice and safe. Our only dislike about this property is I booked for 3 people however the 2nd couch bed didn’t come with any blankets and when we asked they said we would be charged."

"The hotel was in a good location and an easy walk to what we wanted to do. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is located near some lively restaurants which is quite handy but you can hear the music into the night if you are in a front room."

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen, sauberen und geräumigen Zimmern. Hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Leider befindet sich direkt unter dem Hotel die dazugehörige Bar welche teilweise bis 04:00 Uhr morgens sehr laute Musik spielt, vor allem natürlich Freitags und Samstags. Ohrstöpsel sind sehr zu empfehlen."

"Great centrally based hotel, ideal for couple of days wandering Athens. Brilliant that they could do a wash for us at €15 per bag it was a bargain. Breakfast nice enough with good coffee. Hotel staff super helpful. Booked taxi for arrival which was late and didn’t spot prices for minibar until we’d drunk most of the contents! All in all great stay and would come back if in Athens again thank you"

"We had 4 nights at The Arcade Hotel in May 2026. It is ideally located within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel is very clean with a large breakfast area and the reception team are exceptionally helpful. Eleftheria was particularly helpful with advice and guidance during our stay. If we were returning to Athens we would definitely stay in this hotel again."
