"Random symbols drawn on the door to the room. Door was nasty and dirty . Shower head and faucets were moldy and rusty. Tub didn’t drain properly. Air smelt heavy of cigarettes. Overall didn’t feel all too comfy and safe."

"Kudos to Forrest at the front desk for helping an elderly woman that could not get up without help. He made sure she was safe when she left the hotel and he went above n beyond to accommodate her. He also helps with cleaning!! Great guy."

"The staff are friendly and welcoming. I cannot stress that enough! The hotel is dated though and some parts are grungy. Location is great but I find it overpriced for quality of establishment."

"Beautiful clean suites. We even had a fully stocked kitchenette. BEWARE if traveling with a dog, the fee was outrageous $75! We drove across the country and all other hotels only charged $25. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. Cet hôtel est loin des standards auxquels on s’attend de la part de Hilton. Il est difficile de comprendre pourquoi Hilton accepte d’associer son nom à cet établissement, même s’il s’agit d’une enseigne d’entrée de gamme. L’hôtel est encore en rénovation. On remarque des taches de peinture un peu partout et les fenêtres étaient sales. Nous avons dû changer de chambre dès notre arrivée parce qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau froide dans la douche. "Loved our stay at this hotel. Great location to main strip, walking distance to restaurants, shops and Shepard park. Indoor pool was a great amenity as we had some rain. Had a minor issue with our AC on the second night and notified the staff in the office first thing the next morning. The owner was at our room 10 minutes later fixing the issue in no time. Great customer service and will definitely stay here again our next time in Lake George!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable, & nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our time at the outdoor pool & all other activities that we wanted to do were within easy walking distance. The staff is friendly and professional, always making sure to offer help or answer questions."

"While the Inn was very clean, the room had a few problems: broken blinds, missing drawer handles, holes in towel, etc. The pictures on line show the gorgeous bar which only opens a few days a week, not when we were there, and the self check-in was a bit tricky as we received the wrong code 2x. Location was fabulous for access to Lake George Village."

"The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful during check in, the staff during breakfast were friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and I plan on staying here again next summer. 😊"
