"The comp breakfast was decent, far from good though. Staff was friendly. Room was nice, comfortable bed and towel. Great location from the airport and lots of nearby restaurants and shops. My one complaint is the room walls must be thin , I could hear the person above us and next to us BUT I have heard worse "

"Very noisy to the point of not being able to talk or sleep. On complaining to the manager we were told that nothing could / would be done. Druggies openly in the parking lot. Rooms dingy. I will never stay here again Really hurt the brand!"

"The staff were great. The hotel reminded me of a place that had their heyday 30 years ago. They appear to try but alas fall short. The AC unit in the room had a dirty filter that did not even fit the aged unit. Note to staff. Get every AC/heat unit cleaned and properly fit with the right sized filter or better yet just replace them all with new units? Flooring outside the elevator looked like something Grampa fup put down. Tub was painted with porcelain paint to try and fool us. Not workie....

"The hotel did not advertise that they are under construction. I arrived in the evening and they allowed me to check in without informing me. After receiving payment then they told me. An hour later once i viewed the place i told the desk i wanted to check out because i was not comfortable there. They refused me a refund, but I thought that the false advertisement allowed me a refund. I did not stay more than an hour but they received payment for 4 nights. This is just a fraudulent process and...

"I’m only giving it 3 stars because they charged me $10-11 dollars a night for parking. Last time I checked this place is not a resort, so pretty unhappy about that."

"Pillows are too fines , bed is ok , no shutter for us and no coffe at until 6:30 needed to go early to the airport, other than that is good"

"I travel to the Ontario area regularly and the SureStay has been a good choice. It's not fancy and is showing a little wear in the communal spaces. But the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the location ideal for visiting throughout the west end of the Inland Empire/east end of L.A. County. Access to freeways, the airport, commuter rail, shopping and dining is a real plus."

"Pool was small and over crowded. Pool was cold. Hot tub was nice but small. The hand soap dispenser in room was empty. Bath tub drain was clogged and not draining properly. The rooms are very noisy. You Dan gear people above you and beside you. The beds are less than average as far as comfort goes. The plus to this hotel was it felt safe and the shuttle was convenient to the airport in the morning. Very nice staff but hotel is over priced. "

"clean room, only a couple of broken things. The bedroom itself was a little warmer than the kitchenette area. Paid for late checkout and then had someone from front desk barging through my door while my sister was showering, instead of relooking at their checkout sheets and who had late checkout, I paid extra just to have those hours to sleep and kept getting it interrupted by constant knocks from front desk."
