Also the front desk manager Dimitri was amazing and was able to easily shift my accommodations for my extended stay. I personally watched him deliver top tier service to multiple guests. "Since we did not have a car and we asked if everything was walkable that the staff did not direct us towards the pier side of town where there was plenty of things to do and shops and restaurants. They just handed us a list and we had to figure it out for ourselves. A pool is so needed in Florida and was disappointed to find out that your facility does not have one!"

"Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience."

"Natalie at the front desk was wonderful. She escorted me part of the way in the evening to the fantastic outdoor restaurant across the parking lot which had a minature golf course. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport and shuttle me back for my departure flight. All were gracious and helpful! The only bleep was the air conditioner wasn't working in the hallway to the rooms the night of my stay. Loved this place though."
