"Great service, beautiful boutique hotel."

"The room was very large and clean. The staff was a great help. Our AC in our room wasn’t working properly so they found us another room. There was a good selection for breakfast. We didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately because it was too cold when we went in January. It’s in a great location. City Place and the Brightline are right across the street. And Clematis street is only a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future."

"Room was noisy!! I listened to A/C units on rooftops of surrounding buildings all night long. My room was also above a public parking lot that was noisy and unsightly. "

"Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience."
