We were not able to get a park on site but were directed to Hotel-Dieu close by. We were unsure by the look of it if this was right - and google said it was on the other side of the road. I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. "Staff was fantastic. The Chateau Frontenac is the ultimate place to stay in Quebec! Valet service is a must (affordable and very convenient). The Hop On/Hop Off bus stop is right out front. The boardwalk and access to the funicular is right out front. Vistas of the St. Lawrence River, which the Chateau sits above,are awesome. So close to everything Quebec! And the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Oh... and schedule a tour and make a reservation for formal tea!"
