Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading."
"Beautiful spacious loft. Just a note…. The area can be a bit transient so we found we were in at dark. Good security as you need a specific code to enter the building and then for the unit. Nice 30 min walk to old Quebec City and close to the Metro for groceries. "
"This place is right next to the major attractions so the location is great. Place was huge and clean. AC worked well. Only things we didn’t like was the TV was extremely slow and older and the beds were very firm. Otherwise would recommend!"

"Loved the loft and the area. I would just suggest a bath mat to use in shower for elderly mom it was slippery and hooks for clothes on the bedroom walls since there were no closets or hangers. Kitchen is well equipped "
"If you have a relative staying at hopital Enfant Jesus and you don't have transportation available, this is the place to stay. Just across the street from the hospital, lots of food options at a walking distance.
You can also have free street parking overnight until 10am during weekdays or during the whole day on Sunday. The hospital parking lot only charges $11/day which is still cheaper than most downtown options."

"This property is located by the wharf and affords access to many dining options.
The only complaint that I have is that I paid for "reserved" parking prior to the trip but this was an open public lot so it was hit or miss whether I could get a spot. Several times we had to circle the lot which was stressful."
"The location was great and the rooms were very nice. Close enough to Old Quebec to walk, and to the via rail station. An assortment of shops on Blvd Charest. No complaints. I would definitely stay there again. "
