"This was a great stay ! Near everything ! Very convenient. The parking lot to elevator was sketchy . I felt like I was gunna get assaulted but that had nothing to do with the hotel . I would most definitely stay here again .. if parking came with hotel stay . But it doesn’t . You pay about $50 for parking . $100 deposit also once you get there ."

"The best thing about this hotel was its excellent location. It was steps away from Union Square and walking distance to many stores, restaurants, the cable cars and other SF attractions. The hotel of course is quite dated, being a historic building, and does not have a restaurant on site."

"It's a quick walk to Fisherman's Wharf so great location. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet for being in the middle of the city. Room was very clean and the furnishings felt current (not dated). Would 100% stay here again."

"Room was not well insulated, as you could hear every person walking down the hallway. I was on the first floor, which had a view of two other hotel room windows and a bushy plant. They did have comfortable pillows which is a plus. Very small bathrooms, but large enough bedrooms. The hotel notes you can use their peloton bikes that are in an open air courtroom, but when I tried, the hotel had to find the power cords to plug in the bikes. 10 minutes later, I was tired of waiting (it was 6:45am), so I asked to get a pass to the hotel they allow you to work out in that's 2 blocks away. Once you get to that hotel, you then have to wait for security to let you into the basic gym. So if you plan on working out, allow an extra 20 minutes before leaving your room. The worst part was trying to get a receipt. I had to call 5 different times to get a full receipt for my stay. Not only did their team not confirm my email address, their system consistently sent me on a loop between their SF hotel and corporate. Each time I called this, took over 10 minutes to get someone to "help" me, but only after 5 separate calls was I able to finally get my receipt. I will do my best to not stay here again."
