"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!"

"I’ll lead with the good stuff. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Everything else was really subpar for our normal experiences with this chain. Visible debris on the hallway carpet (lots), multiple walls with paint in need of repair, and our room was visibly dirty on certain walls. Again- most important priority is the bed for me, so I was very pleased in that regard. Everything else just looked very worn compared to other properties we have stayed at in this chain. "
