"Unable to do a check in early than 3:00 pm after working a night shift. Food buffet was not worth the time and food wasn’t available at most stations. "
"Room was comfortable, hotel needs a refresh, cracked tiles? Scratched paint, etc.
They didn’t get my reservation correct, sent me to a room at the back of the property above an outdoor patio with bbq and people smoking. I’m used to getting unpopular rooms when booking on Hotels. Com. Always near an elevator that can be noisy or in bad property location, Thank goodness when I opened the door the room was under construction so they moved me.
Breakfast lady was nice, most of the food offered was below average.
Oh and they pushed tipping the staff hard."
"My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was peaceful, and felt like a cozy home environment. The staff is amazing and they were helpful, kind and very welcoming."
"We checked in late, signage was helpful to lead me to kiosk to get my room key. Room was okay, shower still had soap remains on glass near the bottom. Front door frame had a bit of a gap that let cold air in. Luckily i was traveling with my brother so i felt safe but other wise probably wouldn't. Towels weren't as clean and noticed some had makeup residuals. Continental breakfast was kind of hidden, food choice wasn't the best but for the price i get it."
"The room was very comfortable with a wonderful view. We would have liked there to be a microwave so we didn't have to go to the restaurant for a warm meal. Some of the dispensers didn't work for lotion and soap. A supplemental bar of soap and bottle of lotion would have been not. Staff was wonderful."
