"Only issue we had was not getting reserved two bedroom the first night. First associate reminded check in was at 4:00 so room was not ready. Upon checkin, informed room would not be available until next day. We were given complimentary breakfast & balcony room first night as an apology which was nice. Fitness room was very big. "They are under new management and staff including general manager were excellent. The room was clean however there was mold on floor of bathroom which grossed me out especially when bathroom was super clean. Staff was excellent."

"The front desk girl was nice but the front desk room itself had a very strong smell... As soon as we entered our room, the floor felt sticky so we had to keep our flats on the whole time. There was stain and hair on one of the bed sheet, scratches on the wall, the tv was barely working, the toilet seat was also stained, bathtub looked dirty, and the AC kept turning on and off through out the entire night. "Overall the hotel clean and well care of. At the check in process I was advised that the room I requested was not available. I had requested 2 queen beds, all that was available was a king. I had reserved a room that included their M Club. The next morning I attempted to enter the breakfast area and was advised that my room was not on the list. I would recommend the hotel just make sure to confirm What you had reserved. "

"Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends."

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix DC. We really enjoyed our visit; hotel has outstanding food. The room and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. They have a little mini coffee station open 24/7 and deliver bottled water to your room daily. Location is outstanding, very close to Union Station for transportation needs, the U.S. Capital is on the same street."
