"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. "The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM."

"Property was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were decorated nicely. Although it was a pet friendly hotel there were no signs of pet hair or odors. Great location and easy access to the beach. The only thing I would recommend is taking a sleep mask since there are bright lights outside of the windows and no curtains to close."
