"I have to say it was a pleasurable experience. Staff were so helpful no matter what I asked and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. I stayed in a double room. It had a fully stocked fridge treats and a nice welcome note on the bed which was a lovely touch, no problem recommended and I definitely will be back again on my next visit to London."

"It was really really noisy, we had someone outside revving their motorbike. Music was being played alot, could hear neighbours. Anytime someone closed a door the whole room shaked. Also was Makeup all over the bathroom door. "

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

"No frills, not luxe but clean,comfortable and quiet despite busy road outside. Wimbledon Park Tube Station 5 minute walk. Bus stop into the city right outside. Excellent, large, airy, relaxed pub, with outdoor seating,below the rooms; child and dog friendly. Our teenagers liked the pool table. Attractive space. Staff were friendly, organised and quick to help. Self check in so be sure to leave a mobile number for staff to text you your door code if you're checking in when the pub is closed. My...

"Booked two rooms (2x family quadruple rooms) but instead of a double and 2 x single beds (as the photo indicated) and which we requested we got a double and single which wasn't ideal for 3 adult kids; Anyway it was only two nights so we managed but I would recommend that if you book such a room check with the hotel prior. Otherwise the hotel was OK and 3 star but we didn't spend a lot of time so cannot give too much more feedback"

"I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

"No staff on reception when checking in. No bar nor breakfast available. Room was cold and no hairdryer nor bathmat available "

"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."

"The room was dirty, the room smelt my colleague who stayed the night could not sleep at all. We have been issued a refund however both deposit and the money has not been refunded. "
