"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "Our room was facing a beautiful lagoon. Our butler Deependra was very efficient, provided excellent, service. The sunset on the beach were perfect We especially enjoy having dinner at the Riverside restaurant awesome at the Susegado restaurant. Buffet breakfast at the Miri restaurant was very good. The beautiful gardens, were a pleasure to see. They were buggy services to take you anywhere in the property. Very, very nice swimming pool as well. "

"We stayed two weeks and it was the absolute perfect combo of relaxed bohemian vibe and atmosphere but with fantastic service, very clean and some of the friendliest staff I have met. Had a five- year old with me who thrived. There is a little play area and the pool was perfect for her when the waves were sometimes a bit too rough and she was met with such kindness everywhere. "The view from the room was outstanding, with green fields, water buffalo and the sounds of birds. The sea was just a short stroll away and was glorious. The pool was lovely and clean, although there weren't many sun beds and only one umbrella. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. "

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The site lacked sun beds, areas to sit around so you were forced to use outside facilities. An area of beach dedicated for this would have been perfect. "

"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."
