"Great location for a small break. Located near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was comprehensive (despite recent LPG shortages). Staff were very courteous and greeted us every time we passed them. Premises were kept clean. Amenities were provided and replenished regularly or on demand. String Wi-Fi signal. Have no hesitation in recommending this for family or business trips."

"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."

There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. "The property is spread out. Some of the rooms are in a four plex building, while some are single chalets or duplexes. Dining restaurants are quite far from the majority of rooms, requiring walking or taking a golf cart ride. The buildings are generally well maintained as are the grounds and landscape. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms ( relative to the square footage) are small. The resort has plenty of staff, but there is no sense of prompt customer service. From the room if one calls...

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down."
