"It’s a NEW hotel, love their contemporary modern design furnitures. The room is very spacious and was very clean as if i feel like I was the first one using the room. They can probably tone down on the scent in the room as others may find this too much. The guest toiletries they provided only has toothbrush and a tooth paste. They don’t have other bathroom essentials like soap & shampoo. They have limited parking spots and we were able to park in the front overnight with no problem. "

I attended our high school reunion in one if their restaurants & the food was excellent, toilets were clean the whole time (not just at the start) & the sound system was great. "Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. "
