Very accommodating and friendly staff. Nice facilities with an infinity pool overlooking the water. Tasty food in the breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop has great deserts..ENAK !!! the guys at parking entrance are very nice and friendly, finally trained them…call me Tom..not sir.. the front desk staff is great.. very polite, Efficient and friendly.. Housekeeping staff does a great job also. the Woman who runs the hotel, Mami Vika is very pleasant and loved by her staff. for me when i am in Balikpapan this is literally Home ! thanks to every single person there for all the love..🙏🙏

Really wanted to give 10 but....

This hotel has a strategic location, my sister stayed here back in 2017 and was quite impressed by this property? however, this time we can see that the hotel has been under maintained, you can see the furniture in the room are worn out and lack of cleanliness e.g dust all over the lamp case and coffee table, yellow stained toilet seat, stained on the linen and the curtain. This hotel has lots of potential however needs lots of improvement on the Housekeeping side. I worked in the hotel myself, in my opinion the listed price isn't match the condition of the room. The few things that saved this hotel from my 1 star review are the breakfast (lots of variety and good taste), the pillow (firm and comfy) and the attentive staff. You also need to pay attention on the sofa, due to the material of the sofa and probably lack of air circulation it might invested with either bugs or mites, I got itch when I sit on the sofa and when I reported to the Front Office they stated they will do treatment however when the staff came I realized that the treatment is to cover the sofa with new linen not some kind of spray or hot steam. Kindly improve your maintenance and housekeeping procedure.

Front desk service sangat ramah, layanan cepat dan mendapatkan petunjuk yang sangat jelas, jalan menuju kamar terkesan tidak menarik, lift perlu di renovasi, se tiba di kamar terkesan bau lembab dan bahkan kasur dan bantal masih tercium bau keringat. Amenity cukup lengkap, kamar mandi dan shower nyaman, televisi dan pendingin ruangan menjadikan kesan kurang menarik pada suasana kamar meski kamar sangat cocok untuk kunjungan liburan keluarga

Stayed atv3 bedroom Royal Suite Nice view by the beach, sound of the waves and winds..makes me happy.Spa was good especially after a tiring day. Good spread at breakfast.Location is near to restaurants and shops.5 minutes walk to Kampoeng Pinisi. Good stay.Recommended for people with family.Would stay again.

Nice hotel from the outside, great ocean view & swimming pool that’s about it , check in @3pm and had to wait for another 1h , bed cover / sheets was dirty/stains , called the front desk and requested to give us clean bedding . bathroom shower had lots of mold everywhere & water smell weird/old pipe , kitchen blinds not working properly and broken . great stuff they are very nice n polite sad part the hotel need lots of fixes n cleaning up to do .

Highly recommended!

The hotel is actually blocks of apartments so the rooms are really spacious, feels more like studios really. Situated just by the sea coast, I was able to enjoy the sea breeze while doing my work on my laptop in the afternoon into the evening. Breakfast was slightly lacklustre but made up for by the location and scenery.

Dirty bathroom,

Checked in, usual info about breakfast etc not given, had to ask for assistance with bag. Room needs attention, bathroom filthy, pee stains all over toilet, bathroom stuck of urine, had to get them to come and disinfect bathroom. ( Still stunk ) curtains are wrong size for Window. No water in room but a empty jug so you have to go get it yourself. Didn't fancy menu so ordered a delivery, security would not let him near hotel. On check out, 2 members of staff just watched me struggle down the stairs with three bags, no help what so ever. Room was on 16th floor but still very noisy from traffic. Would not stay there again

Je krijgt hier veel vierkante meters voor je geld. Een aparte zitruimte en eetruimte, zodat je geen kruimels oo bed krijgt als je in het hotel wilt eten. Ze hebben een prachtig zwembad, dat op zee uitkijkt, en waar je degelijk baandjes kan trekken. In de ochtend kan het er wel erg druk zijn. Het hotel heeft enorm veek kamers en wordt goed bezocht, waardoor het bij de receptie en bij de lift wel eens lang wachten kan zijn. Onderhoud loopt hier en daar wat achter, maar het blijft een favoriet.

Te. hotel was. Okay. Rooms were large. They could use better maintenance and all the balconies are locked so you can’t use them. The staff were fantastic to us and made our stay better.
