"Check in was great. Greeted super friendly by the gentlemen there...women not so nice/friendly/helpful. I don't think housekeeping does a good job. Last day I noticed hardened urine at the base of the toilet towards the wall. They probably just rush through. The one housekeeping personnel I asked for towels from huffed and puffed. Mind you, I stayed for 4 days with my family of 5 and not once did we get service...granted, I did not ask for it, but at least give me a few towels to use. She...

"Pool was advertised but closed. Room was a total mess. there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, TV wouldn't turn on, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting and the light in there didn't work unless you turned on the mirror. If it wasn't for the fact that we were only staying one night to drive the rest of the way back home I would've absolutely asked to switch rooms. Bathroom door also wouldn't close. I took a video but won't let me upload it"
