"Our first room had a heat problem and the AC didn’t work, so we had to sleep with a noisy fan all night which meant hot air being pushed around and not much sleep due to the noise. Second night we swapped rooms as the lovely staff helped us by allowing us to move rooms to somewhere with working AC. The problem with that room was the tap being broken and wobbly/not secured properly. The general hotel was lovely although only 1 working lift which made going up and down difficult from the high...

"The king size bed was two twins put together, and they didn’t use a mattress pad or something to lessen the uncomfortable middle. The bed also slid apart, making the gap worse. Our bathroom smelled like sewage gas, most of the time. We had only been given one bath towel for two people. We called the front desk several times requesting another towel as well as the robes and slippers needed for the spa. We never received them. The hotel is in a nice location and has a good breakfast."
