"The property was beautiful. I was a little upset that they would not let me cancel and rebook using my One Key cash when I let them know immediately after booking. Expedia was willing to do it but the property was not. That was the primary reason we booked this property was to explore and use up some One Key cash before it expired. "We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view...
