The room was a disaster, and ZERO customer service. We arrived around 10pm made our way through the unplowed parking lot. The entrance closet to our room was an unlocked smashed door which could only be opened 11inch because none of the snow/ice had been cleared from infront of it. The elevator wasnt functional so we took the stairs which reeked of weed. Got to our room went to turn the heat down and checked the fliter in the air unit which hasnt been cleaned EVER ,CAKED ⅓ inch thick with skin/hair/debris noticed a dark spot on the sheets and pulled back the blankets to find blood on the sheets and 12 to 15 cigarette holes not burns but holes in the mattress. The bathroom had ZERO towels and ⅛ a roll of toilet paper. Decided since we was so tired wed sleep on the second bed which only had a few cigarette burns in the mattress and go ask the desk for towels and TP. Knocked of the side window to wake up Kumar working the front desk and he told me "cant do anything until the morning" because the maids weren't there. Hands down if you want to trap out this place its fine but anything else i wouldnt recommend it

The stay was comfortable and convenient, but the room needed some renovations. Hoping for them to provide a deep cleaning in some of the rooms for better quality.

During my stay I was atrociously astounded with reservation completed. Upon my arrival the entry door glass was broken and hard to open, the elevator was not in order. My room was on the third floor. As I entered the stairwell I was repulsed by the stench and foul odor crack and cigarette and some masking funk. The hallways were filled with funk and smoke the carpets were stsined and the walls were singed and filled with dim lighting and con webs. Amen. Also my room beds had broken box springs on both mattresses. Burn stains on the furniture and the covers. The bed lined was stained with blue color and some red bacteria. The bathroom was an over kill of bleach or something to cover the Smokey smell. The tub was staned with rust. The window curtains were nasty dirty torn and hanging off the railing. And I was overcharged.

It was stinking and we requested for refund immediately because it was not decent and did not live up to expectations. The receptionist posted on night of 9 Nov promised that refund would be processed soon but we have not seen any refund back

Travelocity should disassociate itself from this establishment. It was old, rundown, dirty, smelled of Marijuana in the halls. But the worst of it was the room condition and the bed. The walls were smeared with brown stuff. The matress was covered in sheets but the boxspring was visible from the entrance. It was covered with dark srains. No room here to fully describe the condition of the bathroom. One word - disgusting. We left immediately and went to another hotel. I didnt even have to ask for a refund. The clerk knew how horrible things were.

Two lamps, one bulb, one lampshade, no bulbs at front desk. Not a single chair in room. No remote for TV. Wastebasket was a recycled 5 gal detergent bucket. Floor dirty. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

This was the WORST place I have EVER stayed. It may be a hotel but.... #1) It is doubling as a Rooming house. There were notes on the front desk wall with drivers license photos and some without photos stating "do not rent to this person", there were loads and loads of IMPORTANT personal mail, some from the Immigration Dept for individuals stacked up on the desk, #2) There was NO housekeeping, I asked for clean towels and never received any even though I was told they came in at 8:30am, #3) I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper, #4) The microwave did not work, they bought me another one from a different room, #5) The knob to regulate the refrig temperature was completely broken off, removed and the refrig was too high freezing my salad making it inedible to eat and #6) When I went to check out this morning 06/10/24 at 5am the front door was LOCKED, there was no on at the desk so I didnt even get a receipt for my stay. I dropped the room cardkey on the floor through the locked door. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST. I am VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED.

Lock to the hallway was broken, lock to the connecting room was broken, all of the ceiling lights were broken, the floor lamps were broken, broken glass outside the building doors, dead bugs in the bathroom. We checked back out immediately. The 2 star rating was generous.

The pictures online anywhere do not match the conditions the place is horrible it is incredibly dirty all the linen is dirty the rooms smell like cigarettes none of the amenities work. All the outlets are unsafe broken and raggedy. And there is a no refund policy immediately on rooms like this. They should not even be acceptable there should The quality assurance people checking these advertisements on these websites before people make reservations that they can't get returns on.

Bad service when I was check in i stayed out side communicated by a window. Dirty room smell smokes it is not non smoking area hotel. No elevetors.I never saw a bad hotel like this it's better to name it ghost inn rather than Garden inn.

Arrived to check in was told I didn’t have any reservations try to go to your app to verify the reservations and your app could not verify my information the lobby was leaking water and dirty there was a fight that broke out in the lobby over a room invasion I had to drive and find another hotel hotel reception very unprofessional
