Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor
"Hi, My room was definitely not clean and I personally did some cleaning upon our arrival. Our curtains had holes in them, our toilet did not fully flush or shower drain. The decor and fixtures were definitely outdated. I am confused how this equates to 4 Stars and $475 a night."

"Check in was at 3. We arrived at the hotel around 4 with a full lobby of people waiting for their rooms to get cleaned. We waited over an hour before we were called to get our room key. We were on a time crunch to get to a concert as well. Not acceptable!"
