"An absolute pearl on the Kenyan coast. The location is quite and beautiful, with professional and super friendly staff and management. The food was amazing and served in wonderful atmosphere. "We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the location and customer service is absolutely excellent. They could not do enough for us to be honest wonderful staff smiling and. Always there to help. Please do not go by cosmetic photos or outlook the rooms are clean with amenities and towels changed everyday. I cannot fault the hotel and we will book again "

"Arrived 2.30 pm had to wait two hours before the room was ready. Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error. No fridge in rooms and antiquated TV with very poor reception. Other than that staff were good but this hotel needs a good injection of money to upgrade the rooms Wouldn't go back to be honest. "
