"Title: Very satisfied stay We were very happy that we could use the swimming pool and shower facilities even after check-out. It was a great way to relax and enjoy the last day of our trip comfortably. However, perhaps due to the Southeast Asian environment, the water sometimes looked slightly muddy, so improved water filtering may be helpful. Other than that, everything was excellent. The room, facilities, and staff service were all very satisfying, and overall we had a wonderful stay."

"Love this property.. it’s my home away from home in Pattaya. Great location, close to everything that you want. Staff is friendly, kind and very attentive to your needs whatever it’s. They will go above & beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. Had a couple of minor glitches with noise coming from the next room one night but took care of it right away once reported. Last night for reason, my room smoke detector went off twice for no valid reason. Called in and they dispatched their maintenance team to rectify the issue. Overall this property still my favorite in Pattaya"

"North pattaya beach location close to terminal 21 with no road to cross to step on the beach, secret beach away from the bustle found steps down from the tennis courts, excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection of delicious options daily, gorgeous views of Pattaya beach coastline, lovely atrium and signature hotel smell with great air conditioning throughout. You definitely get what you pay for staying here but would say it was an expensive stay given it’s Thailand and if you can sacrifice a few things you for sure can save money staying elsewhere. Would only dock points for finding a used hat in a drawer that wasn’t ours and the carpets could be better cleaned. "

"Very nice beach front hotel. Kids loved the pool, although pool could have more chairs and loungers. Had nice show at night near the beach. Overall kids had a great time. "
