"Room and bathroom big and clean. Water pressure is great. Fresh coffee was good."

"No issues whilst staying here, rooms were clean and toiletries provided. Given we were in a family room, 4 cups and glasses should have been provided rather than just the 2. Bottles of water provided too."

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"5 minutes from the airport. Clean and well maintained. Well furnished rooms. What more could you want from an airport hotel? I stayed 2 night upon arrival and one night before departure. Free drop off at airport with hotel operated minibus. Just be aware is some distance from the busy parts of the island but option close to the hotel for local food well prepared and served - turn left out of hotel and walk 5 minutes to find options."

"The location was great. The staff was super friendly, helpful and honest. The spa was a definite must do. I went to the spa twice and had a great and respectful massage both times. The breakfast had made to order eggs if you wanted it and a good selection from various countries. The only negative to the breakfast was that the hot food on the buffet was a bit cool. They have good room service. The A/C worked great. I would definitely go back."

"The room was very comfortable, with a large bed, balcony, great WiFi, fridge, hot shower. The staff were super friendly. Excellent pool area. It’s really close to the beach and a few restaurants/cafe and 7-11. The drive to the airport takes 5-8 minutes. Two criticisms - I had to ask reception for bug spray my first night due to flying termites in the room (10+) which did solve the problem but wasn’t pleasant and housekeeping didn’t make up my room on my second day despite my ‘make up room’...

"We had a pool-facing room. (1) The constant disrespect of other hotel guests sitting on our bedroom steps into the pool, & being intimate with one another, was very annoying. Hotel guests should not be allowed to sit on any steps which is not outside their own bedrooms. (2) Patrons having very loud get-togethers outside their bedrooms by the poolside should not be allowed. This is totally disrespectful towards other hotel guests. (3) The private playing of excessively loud music by hotel...
