"There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. "The hotel was a cheap night, in a mid hotel. the room was kinda dirty, there were stains on the chair, and dirt in the bathroom. the shower curtain wouldn’t close so we had to tie plastic bags around the curtain to keep it from sliding down. the bed felt like we were literally sleeping on a pallet with sheets. The TV only had basic cable. the smoking section was dark and felt unsafe. the customer service was not there, they were not kind. They were just there to do their job. there is an amazing...

"Ot smelled. Nobody is at front desk. Lightning in my room was horrible and no sockets worked!"

"For check in they send you an email with the code to the entrance door and your room. Be on the look out for that. Parking is tricky. There is a public parking lot behind the the property that allows three hour parking during the weekday, unlimited during the weekend. Rooms are chic, well maintained, clean. Lots of shopping and fantastic restaurants in walking distance."
