"It’s the best location of any hotel in town. It’s about a two minute walk to Lava Hot Springs. We stay here every time we come. The hotel rooms themselves are quite dated, but clean and functional. The massive bathtub that is heated with hot springs water is really fun."

"Staying at this hotel was very nice. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. If you are a business person needing a small kitchen it had dishes, dish soap, built-in stove top, and the small fridge was larger than the usual mini fridge. As for the staff, they were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was nice but they didn't have my two favorites. No bacon or biscuits and gravy. They did have sausage and eggs as well as other grab and go options. All and all I would stay there again."

"The online description was not clear, the tiny house was great! The personal hot tub behind our rental was not clean however the exclusive hotel pool (hot spring) was nice. The staff was great however if you are an early riser there was no coffee in the room and the office was not open at 6:30AM. This seems pretty on par with the rest of the shops around town but made a morning coffee hard to come by."
