Liburan yang menyenangkan
Liburan kami terasa menyenangkan. Fasilitas kolam renang sangat menyenangkan untuk anak2. Kondisi kamar cukup bersih dan nyaman. Wifi juga tersedia di dalam kamar.

Hotel Bagus dengan fasilitas kolam renang yg bagus
Menginap di hotel ini bersama keluarga dan anak kecil yang kedua kali selalu menyenangkan, karena fasilitas yang bagus terutama kolam renang yang besar serta koneksi internet yang bagus. secara umum memuaskan, hanya saja karena waktu itu kami datang di peak season, maka kami harus menunggu lebih dari satu jam mulai jam 14.00 sampai jam 15.30 untuk mendapatkan kunci kamar

Akhir Pekan Menyenangkan
Suasana Hotel nyaman, Kolam Renang yang sangan bersih juga staf hotel yang ramah membuat akhir pekan kami sekeluarga menyenangkan. Anak-anak saya juga bisa bermain games di internet hotel yang disediakan di lobby dan dibantu oleh staff yang ada.

Berwisata ke Lampung Sheraton hotel nya
Kami datang sudah malam karna naik kereta dari Palembang bersama 2 orang anak kecil. Di Sheraton langsung disambut dgn sangat ramah dan diantar kekamar. Pagi-pagi Saya,suami dan anak-anak berenang di kolam renang hotel yg sangat bersih dgn pemandangan sekeliling kolam yg sangat indah. Ketika breakfast pun sangat menyenangkan dgn makanan beragam dan pelayanan yg sangat ramah dan gesit. Ketika kami jalan-jalan keliling Lampung pun kami memakai fasilitas hotel berupa mobil dgn pelayanan yg sangat baik. Kami sekeluarga sangat puas menginap di Sheraton dan akan datang lagi utk liburan atau pun urusan pekerjaan. Ke Lampung?menginap nya di Sheraton tentu nya.

enak tidur enak makan @Sheraton....
sering saya melakukan perjalanan ke lampung dlm urusan bisnis maupun tamasya krn pantai dan lautnya msh cukup bersih dan jauh dari polusi...sy sdh mencoba inap di bbrp hotel , tetap kami lbh menyukai sheraton krn very comfort....cuma kemarin sy inap ac nya kurang dingin ya? untung udara luar lg mendung dan hujan rintik2 jd tdk terlalu terasa panasnya....tolong segera di service utk ac nya supya kenyamanan tamu tetap terjaga....ok semoga sheraton ttp maju bersama klien yg setia.....GBU

Old property and the room is smelly. I have asked to change the room twice which was the renovated one but even the renovated one was still bad

i was upgrade from the garden view to the pool view regarding my requested that i was take my mom whose senior age cant to walk long away. even though the property is old but seem well manage. the part i dislike is : some not good smell in the toilet because the the exhaust fans look doesn't exist

Not Sheraton standards
The price you will pay will be very cheap. However in all but name this is not a Sheraton. Do not expect high standards. The bathroom is old and dated and the bed has seen better days. Aircon is all but broken. However, the building overall is quite well maintained. Service is very hit and miss especially in the restaurant. The place is not terrible - lower your expectations to a 2 star level and you will probably be quite happy.

The hotel was a great night stop over for our trip home. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was as advertised, hot shower and soft beds were wonderful. Pool pavilion area at night looked spectacular.

Pleasant stay
A comfortable and pleasant hotel. Rooms are away from the road and quiet. Spacious and clean rooms. Service is prompt and good. In house restaurant food is mediocre only.

There was a very large blood stain on the bed skirt when we arrived. Whe has to ask the staff to change it. We also ordered room service and asked for no capsicum on one of the pizza. When it arrived with capsicum on the pizza the staff tried to argue it was paprika (it definitely was not) and the prices are exuberant for what you are given. The food was average at best. Will not be staying here again and has certainly given us terrible expectations of Sheraton as a company.

Nice hotel older and currently being renovated
Renovations make access difficult and uncomfortable lobby not air conditioned No lifts to floor 3 Hotel charges are all 5 star prices but service and facilities 2-3 star. I would recommend guests choose other hotels until sheraton returns to its original quality and service standards Rooms that are open are still good but general hotel facilities lacking

Favorite place to stay in Lampung!
Staff members are always kind and warm. They even know your name. Great pool area. Gym and some rooms have had a bit of water damage over the years but nothing too major. I always enjoy staying at this property when in Lampung. The place has a cozy feel to it.

nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. rooms are tidy but old and in need of a tickle up. not sure if garlic goes with peanuts at the bar though but thats a personal opinion

Nice stay and great friendly service. Located a bit away from the main town area so a fair walk to restuarants. Nice pool and breakfast. Very helpful staff.

くつろげるホテル
プールのある中庭は眺めが良く外に海はないが、プールに居ても部屋に居てものんびりできる感じが良い。 フィットネスルームでは30分ぐらいのレッスンが毎日あるようでそういうのも事前に分かっていれば使えたかもしれない。レストランのローカルフードの食事は結構質が高く楽しめた。 ショッピング街には遠いので車がないと身動きが取れない。レンタカーを使うのは地元の人の運転マナーが悪いので心配。タクシーを使わなくてはいけない。タクシー代は一日借り切りで（ホテル手配で）8000円程度。空港からホテルまでは1200～1500円程度。この程度のインフォーメーションは事前に欲しかったが、なかったのが残念。

I will NOT stay there again!
I decided to stay at this Hotel for a 3 day trip to get out of Jakarta. My stay at this Hotel was not a good experience. Here are the small things: The restaurant was out of natural mineral water so I had to purchase the expensive sparkling water. My food order took 45 minutes to come out every time. The smell of burning trash filled my hotel room in the mornings. The water temperature in the shower varied often and it flooded the bathroom floor. But those issues didn't really bother me, as I am an easy going guy. What bothered me was using their car service. The driver dropped me off late and told me to give him the payment. The next morning the front desk asked me for the same payment. Well the driver lied and said I never paid him. Instead of the front desk taking my side, they made me debate with him in the lobby. This is after using the same car service for 3 days and me paying them generously. Next time I will try Novotel, which I should of done in the first place. Lesson learned!

We had a room that opened on to the pool and had a wonderful stay.
