"Enjoyed this hotel very much. Was picked up from the airport which is only a few minutes away and driver was great. Bags were escorted to room and room was clean and cold when I got inside. Stayed in S-Class suite so on highest floor of rooms. View was amazing and so was room. Breakfast was amazing. Truly. A mall is walking distance. "Stayed here for two nights. Breakfast included. First night had 2 for 1 drinks. Good cocktails. Ate dinner at restaurant and it was great. Staff was also very good. Room is very comfortable including the bed. A few things need some attention but overall great place. Lots of breakfast items to choose from off a digital menu. 2nd night we ate dinner somewhere else that they recommended and it was fantastic. Easy to get to also. Location is great."

"Cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at Pastell. The staff was phenomenal and made a huge impact with our children. They made the Songkran festivities accessible and so much fun. Food was great, staff always willing to help or make a recommendation, rooms were small but clean and well appointed, great location in Old Town, walkable to massages and restaurants or easy to pick up a Grab/Bolt. If we ever find our way back to Chiang Mai, we’ll absolutely stay here again! "
