"Walking in to the hotel the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The amenities and breakfast were explained in detail. We ran into an issue with dates and they were able to cancel our reservation and rebook for the following week with no issues. We received the refund in a couple of days and booked for the next dates we needed. I found the staff to be very amenable."
