"The Holiday Inn is convenient because it's in the airport, but the hotels in Aerocity are more convenient. It's a major hassle getting to the hotel. My papers were checked 9 times going into the hotel and 13 times on my way to the boarding gate. Apparently they think that checking guy #12 will spot something that the previous 11 missed, The staff were vert helpful The assistant manager walked me to the check in counter and was able to get me into the business class line. "Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive.
