"The cottage was very nice and roomy with a view of the Harbour. However, the bedroom is really small and barely any room around the bed so the person at the back would have to crawl over the other person to get out. But loved all the space after smaller hotel rooms in Iceland. Check in was super simple. Note there is not a lot around this area due to the past volcano action. It is close to the Blue Lagoon though, and that is why I picked it. We enjoyed Papa's for pizza but then were sort of out...

"This small hotel was very clean, quiet, and safe. A short cab ride from the airport (about $45 Cdn), situated close to the waterfront and near a street with plenty of restaurants. We were given a code for the main door and our key was left on the front counter. We did wonder about security - once we physically changed the numbers on the lock box and went inside, we couldn't scramble the numbers again.
