"I arrived around 8:30 PM on 6/9. The person at the front desk was not there, and I waited for about 15 minutes. When he finally returned, he said he had been using the restroom. He did not apologize; instead, he seemed annoyed or upset. He barely spoke, simply handed me the room keys, and that was it. It gave me the impression that he does not enjoy his job or was having a bad day.
The room was also not as clean as it should have been. The bed sheets had stains, and the towels appeared old and...
